Children are naturally curious about the world around them and are encouraged to explore, investigate and ask questions through hands-on experiences and meaningful learning opportunities. Through exploration, discussion and play, children begin to make sense of their community, the natural world and the wider world around them.

Children learn about seasonal change, nature, different cultures, celebrations and family traditions while developing respect and understanding for others. Opportunities to explore technology are also woven throughout the curriculum, helping children to begin using simple equipment and digital tools with confidence and purpose.
