Office Hours

The School office is open from 8.15am to 4.15pm .

If making contact by telephone, you will first get a choice of options where you can either leave a message about a child's absence or choose to talk to either the KS2 or EYFS and KS1 reception desks. At busy times you may be asked to leave a recorded message. You will then be contacted once staff are available.

We are a friendly school and our door is always open. If you wish to meet with your child’s class teacher, or a member of Senior Team, we do ask that you make an appointment first. You can do this by contacting the school office or through communication in the Home School Organiser.

Alternatively, you can email the school office who will forward your message on to the right member of staff.

For security and safeguarding reasons, all the entrances to the school site have security gates that will generally be closed during the school day. Details of opening times for delivery and collection of children at the beginning and end of the school day are included on the School Times page.

At other times, access to the school site may be requested using the intercom system on the gates. Please be aware that at busy times you may have to wait a few minutes for a member of staff to be available to answer.

Parking on site is very limited and only available if agreed in advance. Otherwise, please park on local roads in accordance with relevant restrictions and enter through the pedestrian gates. If you do bring a vehicle on site, please be very careful while maneouvering in the parking areas. Vehicle access is only from Hanbury Road.

Once on site, all visitors must report to the main reception entrances in either building. These are signposted on site. All visitors will be required to present identification, sign in, and wear a school identity badge as part of our commitment to safeguarding.

Out of Hours

Outside normal school office hours you will be able to leave a recorded message on the telephone system. This service is also available when reporting a child’s absence.
